Stantec Australia’s Water team is seeking a Team Leader – Treatment in Queensland to guide a multidisciplinary team delivering water and wastewater treatment projects across the region.

You will mentor engineers, drive development plans, and ensure high-quality outcomes while upholding safety and collaboration across the practice. The role offers flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional registration and growth.

Competenze

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering with CPEng/RPEQ or eligibility to obtain it.
• Minimum 10 years’ technical experience in water and wastewater treatment design, operations and upgrading.
• Proven ability to lead teams locally, across regions and service lines to deliver integrated projects.
• Strong leadership across project delivery, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Experience in D&C delivery models and complex treatment plant projects.
