Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Water Industry Operations or equivalent.
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment processes and management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly developed organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop employees to ensure achievement of corporate objectives and treatment operations duties.
• Provide supervision and oversight to treatment operations works, including contracted activities, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Oversee planned and reactive works across sites, coordinating with planning and scheduling teams to prioritise resources.
• Operate and maintain water and wastewater treatment plants and monitor water quality.
