Job summary

Pristine Water Systems Australia is seeking a dedicated Water Technician to service residential and commercial customers with practical water system solutions. You will perform scheduled jobs, provide expert advice and ensure high service standards.

You'll work independently across daily routes, maintain vehicle presentation, handle documentation in the field app and assist with local marketing activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Class C driver's licence.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently across a daily job schedule.
• Practical problem-solving ability and willingness to learn PWS systems, procedures and water treatment solutions.

• Maintain regular communication with customers, including following up leads, assessments and quotes.
• Complete job documentation, assessment sheets, quotations, invoicing and database updates in the field app.
• Maintain stock levels of filters, chemicals and other products required to complete scheduled work.
• Maintain a professional PWS image, including keeping the work vehicle clean and presented to PWS standards.
• Assist with local marketing, shows, expos or other promotional activities when required.

About the position

Physical requirements

This is an active field-based position: regularly getting in and out of a vehicle, climbing ladders, accessing water tanks, pulling hoses, walking during cleaning processes and lifting products or chemical drums into the vehicle.
