You'll install pipelines, read plans, and ensure compliance with Council standards on busy civil sites. Applicants must hold a White Card, with Confined Space Entry and Excavation tickets highly regarded.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ demonstrated experience in water/sewer pipe laying.
- White Card (Construction Induction) certified.
- Confined Space Entry and Excavation/Trenching tickets.
- Thorough knowledge of Council standards and installation procedures.
- Proven ability to work independently with high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Install water, sewer, and stormwater pipelines per drawings and standards.
- Interpret construction plans, specs, and levels.
- Operate pipe-laying tools including laser levels and trench supports.
- Coordinate with supervisors and plant operators for efficient workflow.
- Maintain site safety and regulatory compliance.
