Job summary

KBR Australia, based in Sydney, is seeking a Market Sector Manager to grow our water business and strengthen client relationships. You will work with the operations team to deliver projects on time, manage commercial milestones, forecasts and future workloads.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering background, is strategic, client-facing and capable of leading from the front while fostering an inclusive environment that develops people across the team.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering background with client-facing experience.
• Strategic, collaborative leader able to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in water sector or consulting environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Devising and implementing a strategy to grow the water business and people capability.
• Commercial management of projects, people, forecasts and workloads.
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships and develop new connections.
• Ensure project delivery and milestones are met or exceeded.
• Lead from the front and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
