Job summary

RP Infrastructure is seeking Project Managers to deliver water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Toowoomba. You’ll lead projects through concept to commissioning, collaborating with clients, consultants and contractors to translate plans into operational assets.

The role requires managing budgets, schedules and risk, with a focus on safety, environmental and quality outcomes, and building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering capital works projects in water/wastewater.
• Strong commercial judgement and collaborative approach.
• Proven skills in stakeholder engagement and procurement/risk management.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to operate across sites.

Responsibilities

About You

You bring experience delivering capital works projects, sound commercial judgement and a practical, collaborative approach. You’ll have:

• Relevant qualifications in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects, ideally within water and wastewater.
• Strong consultant and contractor management skills, including procurement and risk management.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• A current driver’s licence.
• Local government experience and knowledge of water infrastructure design practices would be valuable.
