Job summary

SA Water is seeking a Water Supply Lead to oversee commissioning and operational readiness of major Metro Growth projects in Adelaide. You will work across teams to ensure safe, reliable water supply and asset transition to operations.

The role requires strong technical expertise in hydraulic systems, water quality management and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record in commissioning or capital delivery in the water sector.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Strong understanding of water network operations and water quality management.
Experience in commissioning, infrastructure delivery or capital projects.

Responsibilities

Lead water network commissioning activities to support major Metro Growth projects.
Manage operational readiness and network integration for new assets.
Provide technical expertise on water supply operations and hydraulic systems.
Identify and manage operational and customer risks to maintain service reliability.
Collaborate with contractors and operations teams to ensure continuity of supply and water quality.
Promote safety culture and compliance with health and drinking water quality management systems.
