Job summary

South East Water Corporation seeks a Sewer Maintenance Manager to lead the sewerage network and trade waste compliance, delivering critical services 24/7 with safety and customer focus. You will guide operations, asset lifecycle practices and contractor delivery, while driving continuous improvement.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, champion innovation and safety, and contribute to long-term asset optimisation.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience in sewerage network operations, maintenance, asset management or related infrastructure.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and contractor delivery.
• Strong knowledge of sewerage network asset lifecycle management and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient operation and maintenance of sewerage network and trade waste compliance.
• Drive operational excellence, contractor performance and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and oversee maintenance programs with stakeholders.
• Support emergency response and incident management, 24/7 operations.
