Larrakia Bilirra Group (LBG) is hiring a Civil Crew Leader to oversee a water maintenance crew in Adelaide. The role focuses on reactive and planned water/sewer maintenance across metropolitan areas, leading safety-focused, on-site operations and delivering high-standard work on schedule.

Ideal candidates bring extensive water industry experience, proven crew leadership, and strong planning and communication skills. HR driver’s licence, excavator and construction safety tickets are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading civil crews in water/sewer maintenance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, set out daily works, and supervise on-site operations.
• Proven track record delivering safe, quality work on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a civil maintenance crew on water and sewer works.
• Respond to and rectify water main breaks, leaks and sewer faults.
• Plan and set out daily works, including excavation and reinstatement.
• Operate excavators and plant when required.
• Ensure all works meet OHS, environmental and client requirements.
• Complete job documentation and reporting through our field mobility system.
