Job summary

Civil Crew Lead role available in Arundel, QLD 4214. You will oversee a small crew delivering water/sewer maintenance, pipeline renewals and civil works across Gold Coast sites. You’ll lead safety, quality and timely delivery while coordinating on-site operations and reporting via iPad.

Ideal candidates have a Cert III in Water Operations or Civil Construction (Pipelaying), White Card, MR license preferred, and a track record of leading teams with hands-on field experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading small civil teams with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on water/sewerage maintenance and pipeline work.
• Comfort using digital devices for daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-ground crew, keeping works on track, safe and quality-checked.
• Coordinate pipe installations, hand excavations, backfilling and surface restoration.
• Manage site setup, traffic control, barriers and amenities.
• Operate plant/tools safely and perform iPad-based site records.
• Oversee hydrants, sewer maintenance holes and trunk mains inspections.

#### Crew LeadArundel, QLD 4214Full Time#### Job descriptionAre you an experienced Civil Crew Lead or a skilled Water/Sewerage Maintenance Worker ready to step up and run a site crew?We are seeking 2x Crew Leads to oversee critical water and sewer network maintenance, pipeline renewals, and civil works across the Gold Coast .
