Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer or Technical Executive to drive technical leadership across Australia’s water infrastructure programs. You will guide multi-disciplinary projects from feasibility to commissioning, set technical vision, and grow capability within a nationally distributed team.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to deepen client relationships, win landmark opportunities, and deliver integrated water solutions that exceed expectations. Flexible work options available.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience leading major water projects and multi‑disciplinary programs.
• Chartered (CPEng) / RPEQ/RPEV or eligible; consulting background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead remote and distributed teams and manage client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of major water projects from feasibility through commissioning.
• Grow capability by mentoring engineers across locations.
• Drive client outcomes and bid/proposal activity; shape solutions and maintain relationships.
• Own safety, quality and risk management across project lifecycles.
