Job summary

Greater Hume Council invites applicants for a Waste Attendant role based at the Holbrook Landfill Facility. The position is part-time, 18 hours per week, with a weekday schedule and pay rates from 28.23 to 31.61 AUD per hour plus 12% superannuation.

Responsibilities include customer service, waste disposal assistance, and operation of landfill plant with a focus on safety and site cleanliness. Applicants should have a C-class licence and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication and service skills.
• Experience with cash handling and receipting.
• Current Class C drivers license.
• Competency operating an articulated Loader and compactor.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
