Job summary

CHEP Australia is seeking a Wash & Repair Operator / All Rounder for Day and Afternoon shifts at Townsville. You will inspect, repair and wash pallet containers, operate forklifts and plant, and keep the site clean and safe while supporting daily targets.

As an All Rounder, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across the site, ensuring products are repaired, cleaned, moved, and prepared safely and efficiently for our customers.

About the Role:

Repair & Wash: Inspection, repair and washing of Pallecon Intermediate Bulk Containersusing hand tools

Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, relocate, and stack products.

Safely operate plant and equipment in accordance with site procedures.

Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment

Support production activities and work towards daily operational targets

Assist with inventory movements and general warehouse tasks.

Manual Handling up to 15kgs

About You:

A current Forklift Licence is essential, with experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment highly regarded.
