Job summary

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia is seeking a part-time Warranty & Service Administration Officer to join our North Lakes team in Queensland. You will support customers, service agents and contractors on warranty matters with a focus on accuracy and empathy.

The role runs 10:30am–2:30pm, with duties including calls and emails handling, ticketing and invoicing, and coordinating urgent repairs, owning the end-to-end warranty repair process to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous phone-based customer service experience (warranty experience highly regarded).
• High level office administration skills (MS Office).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Effective communication and empathy.
• Able to manage high-volume calls in peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone and email relating to MHIAA air conditioning products.
• Assist with general technical advice, basic troubleshooting, and raise tickets and invoices.
• Explain processes to consumers, service agents and contractors regarding warranty.
• Processing consumer warranty requests, ensuring all required information is provided.
• Liaising with the relevant stakeholders to prioritise urgent repairs.
• End-to-end ownership of Warranty Repairs process

About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity within our Warranty Service Administration Team as a Customer Service Representative, this role is based in North Lakes, QLD.
This role requires you to provide customer support to consumers, service agents and contractors regarding warranty. We are looking for empathic representatives who have great attention to detail. This role is a part time position and available working hours are 10.30am - 2.30pm.
