In2 Staffing Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Parramatta and the Western Suburbs of Sydney, NSW. These are all positions offering the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced warehousing environment. Whether you hold a forklift licence or are looking to gain experience in warehouse operations, we welcome applications from candidates at all levels. This role is ideal for individuals seeking casual work with potential for ongoing opportunities. All positions are 38 hours a week

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, checking and processing incoming goods and shipments
• Organising and storing products in designated warehouse locations using appropriate storage systems
• Picking and packing using RF SCAN items accurately according to customer orders
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (where applicable and certified)
• Loading and unloading vehicles and containers with goods
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and documenting stock movements
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards
• Supporting the warehouse team to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Following all safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents immediately

What we're looking for

• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards casual work
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments (preferred)
• Valid forklift licence and certification (essential for forklift operator positions; desirable for general warehouse workers)
• Current working rights in Australia no holiday or student visas
• Willingness to comply with health and safety procedures and site inductions
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and days as required
