Typical hours amount to 38 per week, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include receiving, sorting, picking, packing, stock control and operating forklifts where certified.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is essential for forklift operator positions; or willingness to obtain certification.
• Reliable and punctual attitude for casual work.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and process incoming goods and shipments.
• Organise and store products in designated locations using proper systems.
• Pick and pack goods using RF scanners according to orders.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely where certified.
• Load and unload vehicles and containers with goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of stock movements.
