Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is recruiting for a Warehouse Worker with Amazon at Kemps Creek, Sydney. This casual role requires availability across four days per week, including one weekend day.

Day and night shifts are 10 hours long, with full training provided. The starting pay is from $34.19 per hour for day shifts and from $40 per hour for night shifts, with penalties for night, early morning, or weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing boxes for shipment.
• Stowing received items around the facility.
• Picking items from shelves using RF scanner (training provided).
• Organising and distributing boxes to be sent to customers.
• Cleaning and maintaining a safe, orderly warehouse environment.
• Adhering to safety, quality and production standards.
• Standing and walking for long periods during shifts.
• Lifting and moving products up to 23 kg.

Your starting rate of pay is from $34.19 for day shift and from $40 for night shift, you get paid penalties when you work night, early morning or weekend shifts.

DAY SHIFT: 7:30 - 17:30 / 08:00 - 18:00

NIGHT SHIFT: 18:00 - 04:00 / 18:30 - 04:30

About the role
This is a casual role where you will be required to be available across 4 days per week (including 1 day on the weekend). We have day and night shifts available with each shift being 10 hours long. Experience is not required for these positions and full training is provided, however, an ability to follow instructions and standard processes is a must.

Responsibilities

• Picking and Packing of boxes being sent to and from the warehouse

• Cleaning and organisation of the warehouse environment
• Adhering to safety, quality and production standards
• Standing and walking for long periods
• Lifting and moving products up to 23kg in weight

Successful applicants will be employed by Chandler Macleod to carry out a temporary work assignment to Amazon and will be required to complete background and police check and a drug and alcohol test.You must also have the right to work in Australia.
