Job summary

Chandler Macleod is recruiting for a Casual Delivery Warehouse Team Member at Amazon Australia's Delivery Station in Chullora. The role offers day and night shifts, with 5-10 hour durations and 15-40 hours per week on average. Training is provided, and strict adherence to processes and safety standards is required.

Starting pay is AUD 35.14 per hour with penalties for certain shifts. Applicants must be able to pass background checks and have the right to work in Australia.

Casual Delivery Warehouse Team Member - Chullora

Warehouse Worker with Amazon

Work at Amazon Australia’s Delivery Station located in Chullora.

Flexible work with variable shift length of 5-10 hours

Early morning starts between 2-10am

Your starting rate of pay is $35.14 You get paid penalties if you work afternoon, early morning or weekend shifts!

About the role

This is a casual role where you will be required to be available 5 - 6 shifts per week (including 1 day on the weekend). We have day and night shifts available with each shift being 5-10 hours long and weekly hours averaging between 15 - 40hrs per week. Experience is not required for these positions and full training is provided, however, an ability to follow instructions and standard processes is a must.

Responsibilities

• Sorting & labeling of parcels and boxes being sent to and from the warehouse
• Storing/stowing received parcels and boxes throughout the facility
• Picking parcels and boxes from shelves using an RF scanner (training provided)
• Organizing and dispatching parcels and boxes that will be sent to the customer
• Cleaning and organization of the site environment
• Adhering to safety, quality and production standards
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Lifting and moving products up to 23kg in weight

Successful applicants will be employed by Chandler Macleod to carry out a temporary work assignment to Amazon and will be required to complete background and police check and a drug and alcohol test. You must also have the right to work in Australia.
