Job summary

Amazon Australia operates a Delivery Station in Chullora, recruiting casual Delivery Warehouse Team Members. You’ll sort, label, store and dispatch parcels, use an RF scanner, and help keep the site clean and safe. Flexible shifts with 5-10 hours, 2-10am start times, and weekend work are available.

No prior experience required; full training is provided. Employment is through Chandler Macleod for an Amazon temporary assignment, with background checks and a drug test, and right to work in

• Sorting & labeling of parcels and boxes being sent to and from the warehouse.

• Picking parcels and boxes from shelves using an RF scanner (training provided).
• Organizing and dispatching parcels and boxes that will be sent to the customer.
• Cleaning and organization of the site environment.
• Adhering to safety, quality and production standards.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Lifting and moving products up to 23kg in weight.

Warehouse Worker with Amazon

• Work at Amazon Australia’s Delivery Station located in Chullora.
• Employee parking available onsite
• Training and ongoing support provided
• Flexible work with variable shift length of 5-10 hours
• Early morning starts between 2-10am

Your starting rate of pay is $35.14 You get paid penalties if you work afternoon, early morning or weekend shifts!

About the role

This is a casual role where you will be required to be available 5 - 6 shifts per week (including 1 day on the weekend). We have day and night shifts available with each shift being 5-10 hours long and weekly hours averaging between 15 - 40hrs per week. Experience is not required for these positions and full training is provided, however, an ability to follow instructions and standard processes is a must.

Successful applicants will be employed by Chandler Macleod to carry out a temporary work assignment to Amazon and will be required to complete background and police check and a drug and alcohol test.You must also have the right to work in Australia.
