Easy Signs is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join our Sydney operation. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll perform a range of warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, stock counts and forklift-assisted handling.

Ideal candidates will hold a forklift license (or be willing to obtain one), have a current driver’s license, and bring a strong work ethic with good written and spoken communication. An immediate start is available, with a friendly, team‑oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support safe and productive storage of parts in main and external areas.
• Perform picking & packing, stocktaking and cycle counting.
• Receive goods and check quality of items from vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with procedures.
• Process inventory in Easy Signs inventory system.
• Load and unload deliveries using manual and forklift-assisted methods.
• Assist with warehouse cleaning and product maintenance.

About the Role:

Reporting into the Warehouse Supervisor, this role will see you completing a variety of warehouse activities including but not limited to:

• Supporting safe and productive storage of parts within the main warehouse and outside storage areas


• Picking & packing duties, stocktaking and cycle counting


• Receipting, ensuring quality checking of product coming into the facility from outside vendors


• Ensuring compliance with all record keeping requirements


• Carrying out processing on Easy Signs inventory management systems


• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles and containers manually and forklift-assisted


• Warehouse Cleaning and maintenance of products

About you:

• Availability to work 6am - 11am, Monday - Friday


• Holds a drivers licence and preferably a forklift licence


• Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial warehouse


• Experience using inventory management systems highly desirable


• Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude


• Approachable, friendly and professional at all times


• Be highly organised and be able to multi-task


• Have good written and communication skills


• Physically fit with ability to work under pressure
