Job summary

BlueScope Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Team Member (Day Shift) in Marsden Park, NSW. You will safely receive, store and dispatch steel products, operate overhead cranes and RF scanning, and support orders with attention to detail.

This permanent full-time role offers a stable day shift (7:00am–3:06pm), comprehensive training including a buddy program, and opportunities to develop specialist skills in a large-scale industrial environment while contributing to a positive team culture.

The Opportunity

BlueScope Distributionis looking for aWarehouse Team Member (Day Shift)to join theWarehouse Day Shift teambased inMarsden Park, NSW. BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium product. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.

Working a permanentMonday - Fridayday shift (7:00am - 3:06pm), you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products are safely received, processed and dispatched to customers across the region.

This is more than a typical warehouse role. You'll have the opportunity to develop specialist skills operating overhead cranes, RF scanning technology and material handling equipment within a large-scale industrial environment, while working as part of a supportive and experienced team.

No steel industry experience? No problem.

• operating overhead (pendant) cranes and material handling equipment
• loading and unloading trucks and customer collections
• picking and preparing customer orders using RF scanning technology
• conducting stock movements and inventory activities
• maintaining a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment
