Job summary

BlueScope Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Team Member (Day Shift) in Marsden Park, NSW. This permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:06pm, and involves receiving, processing and dispatching steel products with RF scanning and crane operation.

You will join a supportive team, with comprehensive training and buddy support during six weeks, to develop specialised skills in a large-scale industrial environment.

is looking for a Warehouse Team Member (Day Shift) to join the Warehouse Day Shift team based in Marsden Park, NSW. BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium product. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.

Working a permanent Monday - Friday day shift (7:00am - 3:06pm), you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products are safely received, processed and dispatched to customers across the region.

This is more than a typical warehouse role. You'll have the opportunity to develop specialist skills operating overhead cranes, RF scanning technology and material handling equipment within a large-scale industrial environment, while working as part of a supportive and experienced team.

No steel industry experience? No problem.

What Will You Do?

You’ll be involved in a variety of warehouse and distribution activities, including:

• safely receiving, storing and dispatching steel products
• operating overhead (pendant) cranes and material handling equipment
• loading and unloading trucks and customer collections
• picking and preparing customer orders using RF scanning technology
• conducting stock movements and inventory activities
• maintaining a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment
