Job summary

eStore Logistics in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Member to support daily picking, packing and dispatch activities. You will operate RF devices, maintain a clean workspace and contribute to a safe, KPI-driven operation.

You will join a dynamic team delivering exceptional service to Australia's online retailers. The role offers day or afternoon shifts across multiple sites within 5km of an eStore location, with weekly pay and opportunities to grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily activities efficiently, safely and in line with KPIs.
• Provide systems, administration and clerical support where required.
• Follow all policies and procedures including traffic management.
• Perform picking duties using a trolley.
• Sort, pack, tape and label customer orders.
• Operate RF devices to pick and pack orders, receipt goods and perform cycle counts.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Participate in toolbox talks as directed by management.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily KPIs.
