Job summary

Konnect is hiring a Casual Warehouse Team Member in the Melbourne area. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive products when needed, through hands-on warehouse activities and teamwork to keep operations running smoothly.

Your daily tasks include picking, packing, dispatching orders, loading/unloading with forklifts, stock receiving and inventory checks, maintaining a safe, tidy environment, and assisting customers with order pickups while supporting the branch team.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence (essential).
• Warehouse, stores, or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Receive and check incoming stock deliveries.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
