Job summary

W.M Ritchie is seeking a Christmas casual Warehouse Pick & Pack team member in Sydney to join during the peak season. The role involves picking/packing footwear orders, stock replenishment, and ensuring accurate processing of customer orders in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts run Monday to Friday with multiple start times, and onsite training is provided. Forklift license is a bonus; candidate should be motivated, punctual, and able to start immediately. probation applies.

Christmas Casual - Warehouse Team member

About the Role

As a Warehouse assistant, you will be responsible for picking and packing footwear orders, moving between stock racks and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This is a physically active role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys staying active.

We offer flexible Monday to Friday shifts:

6am - 2pm

9am - 5pm

10am - 6pm

Key responsibilities:

Receiving goods and checking deliveries

Picking and packing customer orders

Replenishing stock and preparing dispatch cages

Processing returns and repackaging products

General housekeeping and maintaining a tidy workspace

Using wave units to locate stock (requires agility and energy)
