Job summary

Dineamic Australia in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Warehouse/Production Support role in a busy ready meal manufacturing operation. You will handle receiving, moving, storing ingredients, packaging, and finished goods, and assist with stock control and dispatch.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, punctual, and safety-focused, with forklift licence highly regarded. You must be comfortable lifting up to 20kg and working weekdays 0900–1700, in a team environment with GMP/HACCP

Job description

This is a hands-on role in a busy ready meal manufacturing operation suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is physically fit, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of food safety, quality and workplace safety.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, moving and storing ingredients, packaging and finished goods
• Picking and supplying materials to production areas
• Manual handling and regular lifting of items weighing up to 20kg
• Pallet movement, wrapping and general warehouse duties
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Assisting with stock rotation and inventory control
• Supporting production and dispatch activities as required
• Maintaining clean and organised work areas
• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
• Completing basic production, traceability and stock documentation

About you

• Be available to work weekdays between the hours of 0900 - 1700
• Be physically fit and comfortable regularly lifting up to 20kg
• Be reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
• Have a strong focus on safety, cleanliness and following procedures
• Be willing to work across different areas of the operation when required
• A current forklift licence is highly regarded
• Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehousing, FMCG or a similar environment would be advantageous
• Knowledge or exposure to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, food safety, allergen controls, traceability and hygiene requirements is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided
