Job summary

Epson Australia is seeking a motivated and energetic Team Leader to guide the inbound operations of our Yennora warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will monitor Receiving, delegate work, and run weekly container schedules to ensure accurate and timely goods receipt.

The successful candidate will have 2–5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, proven inbound/receiving expertise, and familiarity with SAP or other WMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor inbound Receiving operations in the Yennora warehouse
• Delegate work to each team member and supervise Storepersons
• Plan and run weekly container schedules to optimise receipts
• Ensure orders are received accurately and on time
• Support stock management and stock rotation initiatives
• Maintain WH&S standards and warehouse housekeeping
• Liaise with transport companies to coordinate inbound freight

Seeking a motivated and energetic Team Leader to lead, monitor and control the inbound operations of our Epson warehouse based in Yennora.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Warehouse Manager in managing all Storepersons in Receiving
• Delegating work to each team member.
• Running weekly container schedules
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Receiving.
• Ensuring orders are received in an accurate and timely manner
• Assisting with Stock Management and ensuring stock rotation
• Maintain a high standard of WH&S, warehouse housekeeping and equipment maintenance
• Communicating with transport companies

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2-5+ years of warehouse, distribution centre, or logistics experience
• Proven experience in receiving and inbound operations
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems, ideally, SAP
• Experience handling inventory transactions and stock control processes
• Highly familiar with working with warehouse equipment and safe material handling procedures
• Experience in leading/supervising teams.
