Job summary

Coles Group Manufacturing is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the Banksmeadow site to oversee night-shift operations in a high-volume facility. You will coordinate receiving, despatch, truck loading and unloading while ensuring materials are available for production needs.

You will lead and develop a small team, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive operational performance in a fast-paced environment during a Monday–Friday 10PM–6AM shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Strong warehouse, distribution and transport operations experience.
• Experience with warehouse and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• A current Forklift Licence – essential.
