Job summary

Coles Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for the Banksmeadow site. You will lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse, coordinating receiving, despatch, and truck loading while ensuring safety and quality. The role is night shift, Monday to Friday, 10 PM to 6 AM.

You will develop your team, optimize ERP-driven processes, and ensure materials meet production needs. A forklift licence is essential, with opportunities for development within Coles Group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Strong warehouse, distribution and transport operations experience.
• Experience with warehouse and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A current Forklift Licence – essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving and despatch activities in a high-volume warehouse.
• Manage truck loading/unloading and ensure materials support production requirements.
• Lead and develop your team while maintaining safety, quality and performance.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations during night shift (10PM–6AM).
