Job summary

Coles Group Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to run night-shift operations at Banksmeadow in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse. You will coordinate receiving, despatch, truck loading and unloading, ensuring materials support production.

You’ll lead and develop your team while upholding safety, quality and performance standards; a forklift licence is essential and strong ERP experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Strong warehouse, distribution and transport operations experience.
• Experience with warehouse and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A current Forklift Licence – essential.
