Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily DC operations, supervise storepersons, and manage key 3PL accounts to meet SLAs.

The role requires ensuring inventory accuracy in INFOR/Paperless WMS, coordinating inbound and outbound turnarounds, and promoting a safe, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, DC, or 3PL environment.
• Strong proficiency in WMS software (INFOR, Paperless, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Current Forklift License (LF) highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with strong numerical and commercial acumen.
• Empathetic leadership style with a proven track record of coaching and motivating teams.

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per annum + super

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee daily distribution center operations by supervising and coaching storepersons, managing key 3PL client accounts to consistently meet SLAs, maintaining 100% inventory accuracy in INFOR/Paperless WMS, executing inbound and outbound turnarounds within 2 days, and enforcing safe work practices across all site activities.
