Job summary

Embodied Recruitment seeks an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to own a busy Bellevue warehouse. You will lead four staff, oversee goods in, receiving, stock control, picking and dispatch, and drive efficient operations on a hands‑on basis.

The role requires frontline leadership, a focus on accuracy, and strong organisational skills to maintain smooth daily workflows. A forklift licence and WA driver’s licence are essential, with LEAN experience viewed favourably.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience with team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of goods in, inventory control, stock accuracy, picking and dispatch.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Current LF Forklift Licence and WA Driver's Licence.
• LEAN experience highly regarded but not essential.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced warehouse professional to take ownership of a busy Bellevue warehouse. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity suited to someone who has experience supervising a small team and is ready to take the next step into a Warehouse Manager role.

Working Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm the successful candidate will lead a team of four warehouse staff and oversee daily operations including goods in, receiving, stock control, inventory accuracy, picking and dispatch. You will be hands‑on across the warehouse while ensuring the team, stock and processes are operating efficiently.
