Job summary

Mister Minit is seeking an emerging warehouse leader to take ownership of a busy operation in Riverwood. This hands-on role involves directing a team of about 10, solving problems, and improving how the warehouse runs on a daily basis.

You will drive service, efficiency and performance, ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately while maintaining stock integrity. Pronto experience and a forklift licence are advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in a warehouse, distribution or high-volume stock environment.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, practical approach to solving problems.
• Confidence working with ERP or inventory management systems.
• A strong customer-service mindset and the communication skills to work across the business.
• Willingness to work alongside the team providing direction, accountability and support.
• Experience with Pronto and forklift licence would be advantageous but not essential.

Mister Minit is looking for an emerging warehouse leader ready to take greater ownership of a warehouse operation and team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside their team while also providing direction, solving problems and improving how the warehouse operates.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Leading a team of approximately 10 team members, you will:

• Drive improvements in service, efficiency and performance across the warehouse.
• Lead and organise the day-to-day warehouse operation and team.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Maintain strong stock control, inventory accuracy and warehouse standards.

ABOUT YOU

• A willingness to work alongside the team while providing clear direction, accountability and support.
• Experience with Pronto and a forklift licence would be advantageous but are not essential.
