Job summary

Rheinmetall Defence Australia – Brisbane QLD is seeking a skilled warehouse supervisor to oversee daily MILVEHCOE operations on the afternoon shift, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of inventory and seamless coordination with material planning, logistics and SAP master data.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead a cohesive team, uphold safety standards, drive data integrity in ERP systems, and support the broader Inventory Planning function.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations.
• TLIF0002 - Administer CoR policies and procedures & TLID2004 - Load and unload goods/cargo.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including team supervision and coordination of daily workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, safety conscious environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes and integration with material planning and logistics functions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, for inventory management and data accuracy.
• Hold a current Forklift Licence.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience; and
• Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).

The warehouse function forms a critical component of the broader Inventory Planning team, which also encompasses Material Control, Material Planning, Logistics and SAP Master Data Management.

About the Role

This role is responsible for overseeing daily MILVEHCOE warehouse operations and leading a dedicated team to ensure accurate, efficient handling of inventory. It plays a key part within the broader Inventory Planning function, supporting material control, planning, logistics and SAP data integrity.

The role will report to the Warehouse Manager and will be responsible for leading a cohesive team of warehouse personnel on the afternoon shift.
