Job summary

Rheinmetall Defence Australia – Redbank QLD is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily MILVEHCOE warehouse operations and lead a dedicated team on the afternoon shift, 3pm-11pm.

The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and supports the broader Inventory Planning function, including Material Control, Planning, Logistics and SAP data integrity. A Defence clearance is required, and Australian Citizenship is mandatory for eligibility.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations and proven warehouse operational experience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate daily workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and integration with planning and logistics.
• Familiarity with SAP for inventory data accuracy and ERP familiarity.
• Eligible to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily MILVEHCOE warehouse operations and lead a team on the afternoon shift.
• Support material control, planning, logistics and SAP data integrity within Inventory Planning.
• Report to Warehouse Manager and develop high-performing warehouse personnel.
