Job summary

Domayne Holdings Limited in Macgregor (Brisbane area) is seeking a Warehouse 2IC with a strong customer service focus to join the Acacia Ridge Warehouse team. You will help manage dispatch and receiving, coach staff, and maintain excellent service levels for customers.

Ideal candidates are highly motivated, well organized, and comfortable working in a busy retail logistics environment with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management and leading a team

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatching and receiving of orders
• Coach and motivate warehouse staff
• Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service
• Ensure accurate distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading of trucks
