Job summary

Domayne Acacia Ridge is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service focused Warehouse 2IC to join the Domayne Acacia Ridge Warehouse team. The role involves dispatching and receiving orders, coaching staff, and liaising with customers to provide exceptional service.

Successful candidates will lead a motivated team, maintain strong time management, and ensure accurate distribution of goods with a focus on WH&S compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
• Experience in warehouse management and dispatch/receiving processes.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate a small team.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Forklift/Driver/Pickers license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatching and receiving of orders in the Domayne Acacia Ridge Warehouse.
• Coach staff and liaise with customers to ensure exceptional service.
• Coordinate distribution of goods, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Uphold WH&S policies and promote a safe work environment.

We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service focused Warehouse 2IC to join the Domayne Acacia Ridge Warehouse team.

Our 2IC's people have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills


• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written


• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills


• Experience in warehouse management


• Have the ability to warehouse operations, assist coaching, lead and motivated an enthusiastic team


• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail


• Experience checking delivery sheets


• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks


• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures


• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a \"can do\" attitude


• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines


• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades


• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers License (preferred or essential)
