Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing Australia is seeking a motivated Warehouse & Supply Officer to join our Girraween team. This full-time role ensures customer orders are packed and dispatched on time while keeping the warehouse organized and compliant with WHS policies.

You will oversee daily operations, manage stock using our ERP system, liaise with suppliers, and support procurement activities. On‑the‑job training will be provided, and prior warehouse experience is valued to help maintain high

Qualifications

Manual Handling Certificate desirable and forklift operation awareness.
Fork Lift License required to operate warehouse equipment.
Experience with procurement systems like Coupa or similar is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch.
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, safe work practices, and company policies.
Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records using the ERP system.
Construct and maintain stock and consumables accounting with weekly reporting to the Business Unit Manager and Operations Supervisor.
Weekly meetings with Lab Team Leaders regarding lab consumables, inventory and stock levels to ensure continued laboratory operations.
Liaise with suppliers to identify products, confirm specifications, resolve supply issues, and support procurement activities.
