Job summary

National Workforce Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Warehouse Team Leaders and Supervisors for Melbourne. Roles cover inbound, processing, reach and despatch with AM/PM shifts and attractive hourly rates.

You will lead from the front, manage daily workloads, drive productivity, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety in a fast-paced FMCG distribution environment. Experience with WMS, SAP, and reach forklifts is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution.
• Ability to monitor and drive KPIs and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of WHS requirements.

WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADERS & SUPERVISORS Multiple Opportunities | AM & PM Shifts | Great Hourly Rates + Paid Overtime Ready to take charge of a busy warehouse operation? We re looking for experienced, hands on Warehouse Team Leaders and Supervisors across Inbound, Processing, Reach and Despatch. If you know how to lead a team, drive productivity and get the job done, we want to hear from you.

WHAT S ON OFFER? Excellent hourly rates Paid overtime and extra earning potential AM and PM shifts available WHAT YOU LL BE DOING Leading and motivating warehouse teams. Managing daily workloads and operational targets.

Driving productivity, accuracy and performance. Monitoring KPIs and meeting deadlines. Maintaining a strong safety culture.

Resolving operational issues and improving processes. Working with WMS, SAP and warehouse systems. WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor or similar.

Strong warehousing, logistics or distribution experience. Confident leadership and people management skills. A hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.

Experience managing KPIs and operational targets. Good understanding of WHS requirements. FMCG distribution experience and reach forklift knowledge will be highly regarded.
