Job summary

National Workforce Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Warehouse Team Leaders and Supervisors for our Melbourne operations. You will lead daily inbound, processing, reach and despatch activities, drive productivity and maintain high safety standards in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will motivate teams, manage workloads to hit operational targets, monitor KPIs, and work with WMS, SAP and other warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading warehouse teams.
• Strong track record meeting KPIs and deadlines.
• Good understanding of WHS requirements.
• Experience with FMCG distribution.
• Hands-on leadership style.

We re looking for experienced, hands on Warehouse Team Leaders and Supervisors across Inbound, Processing, Reach and Despatch. If you know how to lead a team, drive productivity and get the job done, we want to hear from you.

WHAT S ON OFFER? Excellent hourly rates Paid overtime and extra earning potential AM and PM shifts available WHAT YOU LL BE DOING Leading and motivating warehouse teams. Managing daily workloads and operational targets.

Driving productivity, accuracy and performance. Monitoring KPIs and meeting deadlines. Maintaining a strong safety culture.

Resolving operational issues and improving processes. Working with WMS, SAP and warehouse systems. WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor or similar.

Strong warehousing, logistics or distribution experience. Confident leadership and people management skills. A hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.

Experience managing KPIs and operational targets. Good understanding of WHS requirements. FMCG distribution experience and reach forklift knowledge will be highly regarded.
