Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar operational environment.
• Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role (Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, Leading Hand).
• Hands-on leadership style with mentoring and development focus.
• Strong commitment to health and safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a small warehouse team to safe, productive and efficient operations.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including picking, packing, loading, dispatch and logistics coordination.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture through leadership, toolbox talks and safe work practices.
• Coordinate daily workloads, deliveries and transport schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Work hands-on with the team, guiding and contributing to operational success.
• Ensure warehouse processes, inventory management and service standards are maintained at a high level.
• Lead a close-knit team within a safety-focused workplace culture.
