Job summary

LSC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in NSW to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, picking, packing and dispatch while upholding safety and customer service standards. You will develop and coach the warehouse team, coordinate transport and drive continuous improvement across processes to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution or transport environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience or desire to step into leadership.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop people.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
• Experience with WMS, inventory processes and freight providers.
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Intermediate Excel/Outlook/Word.
• Forklift licence or ability to obtain one is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day warehouse and transport operations.
• Supervise, coach and develop warehouse team members to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
• Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy and DIFOT performance.
• Coordinate freight providers and ensure customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Oversee receipting, stock control, replenishment and stocktake activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
• Support workforce planning, training, onboarding and ongoing team development.
• Work closely with the wider branch team to deliver a positive customer experience.
