Job summary

Redox is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Minto day shift (6am to 2:06pm) in a full-time permanent role. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, drive DIFOT, and mentor staff while ensuring safety, GMP, HACCP, and WHS compliance.

The role requires at least two years in a frontline warehouse role, strong leadership and communication, and a current LF forklift licence with experience on high reach and counterbalance machines.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ hands-on warehouse experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in guiding staff.
• Tertiary qualification in Warehousing/Transport is highly regarded.
• Current LF forklift licence.
• Experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Knowledge of WHS state and federal legislation.
• Understanding of Dangerous Goods and Hazardous substances handling.
• Good time management, reporting and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate maintenance and inspection tasks for warehouse, MHE and safety.
• Identify opportunities for improvement with Store Manager and resolve quality issues.

About the Role

Redox is seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Minto day shift (6am-2:06pm) in a full-time permanent capacity. Day-to-day tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring all who work and enter the warehouse and its’ grounds adhere to Redox’s policies, procedures, and site-specific conditions of Work, Health and Safety (WHS) in compliance with state and federal legislation.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, related logistics activities in co-ordination with the Store Manager to drive DIFOT performance.
• Effective and cohesive team management in mentoring, inducting and training warehouse operatives and related functions in processes, systems and operational tasks and functions.
• Ensure inventory management best practices are applied encompassing (but not limited to) container unpacks, stock storage, location, segregation, quantities, packaging, labelling and housekeeping.
• Responsible for good housekeeping and hygiene standards ensuring that GMP and HACCP compliance along with general warehouse cleanliness is maintained across the warehouse and related grounds.
• Ability to communicate and work with various stakeholders internally and externally to improve performance and outcomes for the business.
• Timely and effective execution of warehouse, MHE and safety related maintenance and inspection tasks, remedial action and reporting.
• Identify and act on opportunities for improvement in co-ordination with the Store Manager, whilst resolving raised quality problems.

About you

• Minimum 2 years’ industry experience in a hands-on front-line role
• Strong leadership and communication skills in managing and guiding staff at all levels in warehouse operations and related activities
• A tertiary qualification in Warehousing, Transport or a related discipline highly regarded
• Hold a current Australian forklift licence - LF class
• Experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts
• Knowledge of WHS state and federal legislation
• Knowledgeable around Dangerous Goods and Hazardous substances regulatory handling and storage legislation
• Well-developed time management, reporting and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead by example, working in a well-paced and physically active environment.
