Job summary

Redox is seeking a Transport Support Officer to join the Minto warehouse operations. You will support day-to-day transport activities, coordinate with the Operations Team, and handle consignments, bookings, inventory and reporting while ensuring WH&S compliance.

The role suits a curious, detail‑oriented problem solver with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Dangerous Goods is advantageous in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer centric with high attention to detail.
• Ability to liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Dangerous Goods experience an advantage.
• Reliable with exceptional time management skills.
• Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Organising and writing consignment notes.
• Arranging freight bookings for deliveries and receivals.
• Recording and reconciling pallet transactions.
• Inventory management and resolving stock variances or quality problems.
• Tracking and uploading proof of deliveries.
• Releasing forward orders.
• Compiling delivery run sheets and store reports.
• Laminating Emergency Information Panels (EIP’s).
• Responding to sales/marketing queries and requests.
• General Administrative duties and customer service.
• Assisting Sales representatives and other staff with queries.
• Ensure all staff and site visitors adhere to Redox’s WH&S policies and procedures.

The position

Redox have an exciting full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Transport Support Officer to join the transport office in Minto. You will support the day-to-day operations of the Minto warehouse in coordination with the wider Operations Team to drive business goals and objectives.

You are a curious and resourceful problem solver with an aptitude for numbers, analysing large data sets and resolving inventory investigations. Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Organising & writing consignment notes
• Arranging freight bookings for deliveries and receivals

• Inventory management and resolving any stock variances or quality problems
• Tracking and uploading proof of deliveries
