Job summary

Norman Carriers is seeking an experienced 3PL Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Victoria operations and drive safety, accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, oversee inbound/outbound freight, and ensure strong team performance.

Reporting to the 3PL Manager, you will train, motivate and coordinate the warehouse team, manage inventory and workflows, and ensure compliance with Load Restraint guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in warehouse operations with supervisory experience.
• Current Forklift Licence (essential).
• Strong leadership and ability to train and motivate teams.
• Comfortable using WMS and scanners in daily operations.
• Commitment to safety, compliance and process improvement.

• Oversee receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Manage inventory movements, traffic flow, and order timelines.
• Ensure load restraint compliance in line with the Load Restraint Guide 2025.
• Lead and support the warehouse team, including training and shift handover.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock integrity and warehouse organisation.
• Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained appropriately.
• Drive a strong safety culture with toolbox talks and incident management.
• Liaise with internal teams to coordinate warehouse and transport.

Lead 3PL Warehouse Operations | Drive Performance

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on 3PL Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency across all activities.

About the Role

Reporting to the 3PL Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations across the warehouse.

You will be responsible for leading the team, coordinating inbound and outbound freight, managing inventory and workflows, ensuring order accuracy and compliance, and maintaining safe and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who leads from the front, is highly organised, customer-focused and thrives in a hands-on operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
