Job summary

Hoban is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to take ownership of daily 3PL warehouse operations at our Erskine Park facility. You will lead a frontline team responsible for accurate picking, packing and dispatch to meet strict customer deadlines.

You’ll coordinate daily activities across multiple accounts, ensuring labour is allocated efficiently and safety standards are upheld. The role requires proven 3PL leadership and an LF forklift licence.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment.
• Previous experience as Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor or similar.
• Proven experience leading high-volume customer order-picking operations.
• Strong knowledge of picking, packing, replenishment, inventory and dispatch processes.
• Experience using WMS or ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite or similar.
• A current LF Forklift Licence.
