United Fasteners Australia Pty Ltd in Perth (Welshpool) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team and support the Warehouse Manager in daily operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch, while ensuring safety, accuracy and high service levels.

You will coordinate with couriers and customers, manage stock discrepancies and drive continuous improvement in a busy distribution environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing the warehouse team and its operations
• Plans and ensures receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch operations are completed in an efficient and timely manner
• Enforces safety procedures, conducts pre-shift briefings, and documents incidents
• Communicates with customers regarding shipping/receiving issues.
• Maintain high level of customer service with internal and external customers
• Liaise with couriers regarding orders and deliveries
• Operating a forklift
• Action stock and order discrepancies, including non-located stock
• Process customer and supplier credits in a timely manner
• Ensures the warehouse is well maintained with clean and efficient work areas
