Costa Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Rocklea Market site in Brisbane. This full-time, on-site role oversees daily warehouse activities, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely movement of fresh produce to customers.

Overnight schedules apply, with coordination across operations and sales teams to maintain high service levels. You will lead the team, manage rosters, and drive inventory accuracy while supporting workforce planning and development of a capable, engaged warehouse

What we are looking for:

We areseeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in a full-time,permanent role based on site in Rocklea, Brisbane. This is a hands-onleadership position responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities andsupporting the safe, accurate and timely movement of fresh produce to ourcustomers.

Working closely with the operational and sales teams, youwill lead the receipt, storage, selection, loading and dispatch of producewhile maintaining strong safety, quality and inventory standards. You will alsosupport workforce planning, allocate daily resources and help develop a capableand engaged warehouse team.

As the market operates overnight, working hours for thisposition will generally be Monday to Friday, between 2:00 am and 11:00 am, withoccasional weekend work depending on business requirements. Applicants must beavailable to work within these hours to be considered for the role.

What you'll do:

What you'll bring:

• Previous Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leaderexperience.
• Forklift licence (preferred).
• Experience in warehousing, transport, produce orFMCG.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A practical, hands-on approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
