Job summary

HTC Foods in South Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to run day-to-day operations in our cold chain facility. You will lead the warehouse team on the floor, ensure orders are dispatched on time and accurately, and keep stock under control while maintaining safety standards.

You will coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch; manage container unloads, cycle counts and ERP system updates; and work with purchasing, sales and transport to keep orders moving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising in a warehouse, ideally food, cold storage or FMCG.
• Experience with freezer and chiller environments.
• Comfortable using an ERP or warehouse system (eSuite experience a bonus).
• Current forklift licence (LF).

Key responsibilities

About you

• At least 2 years supervising in a warehouse, ideally food, cold storage or FMCG
• Experience with freezer and chiller environments

• Good organiser who can stay calm when things get busy
• Clear communicator who leads by example
• Food safety or quarantine (QAP) knowledge is a plus
