Job summary

BHP is seeking a Superintendent Warehouse to lead safe, efficient operations across Dysart, Moranbah and Mackay warehouses. You will ensure timely material delivery and collaborate with operations and supply teams to improve performance.

The role focuses on building capability, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within a high-performing leadership team across BMA Integrated Operations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading frontline operational teams to safety and performance targets.
• Experience at Superintendent level in logistics, warehousing or maintenance.
• Ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift and mining industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations across multiple sites to ensure safety, efficiency and delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance and supply teams to support performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Build capability and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
• Manage a 5/2 roster across Dysart, Moranbah and Mackay regions.
